Recieving Pictures???
Can someone send you a picture straught to your phone number or do they have to email it??? Also can you still keep your picture account if this phone doesn't support it???

I have been talking to Sprint about this same question over the past few days. Seems like they don't even know. I will be calling tech. support to speak to a PDA support person with Sprint soon to get the questions answered. I was told that this phone does not support sending or rec. pictures like the original Vision plans offered.

yup, that's true. but you CAN use the outlook/hotmail to send pictures to phones too. you send to #@pm.sprintpcs.com. at least that's how I do it. whenever I send/receive the mail it sends out the attached pics to recipient. hope this helps. DL

Ok. Lets clear this one out. Assuming we are talking about SPRINT service, you CANNOT send picture mail with the PPC6700. But, it is a smart device. If you need to send a picture, you can attach the picture to an email and send it to the other phone's email address (mobile#@pm.sprint.com). BUT, the other phone would need (at least) 3G service to be able to retrieve this message.
You CAN send a picture mail message TO the 6700 from another PM enabled device by using just the 10-digit number. The picture is uploaded to the SPRINT PM server and the recepient (in this case the 6700), gets a URL to retrieve the picture from.
Hope this helps !
