Help syncing to a mac

Hey, i just got this phone. How can I get it to sync with my mac? Also, my screen did something wierd today, it went all fuzzy and never cleared up until I did a soft reset.

But we're all really waiting on Mark/Space (www.markspace.com) to release the update of Missing Sync for WinMob5... Maybe next month?

thanks so much. I tried that link. but its not working. I guess ill have to wait on missing sync. how do I put applications on in the mean time?
