Can't hear nor speak
I had phone for a about a month, and during last 10 days, two phones are malfunctioning. I cannot hear nor speak into the phone. There is absolutely no sound coming from the phone. I suppose to get my 2nd replacement phone on Monday, but this is becoming a big hassle to keep getting new phones for the same problem.
They said it is Not a known problem, but how could this happend to me 2x in less than 10 days??

It happened to me with 4 phones in 6 days. They seem to think it something I am doing wrong. I just laughed when the latest one did it after the original test call in the store.

It's a great phone, but it sounds like I will need to get a different phone than 6700. I have a Sprint "business" account, and I can't seem to go to stores for exchange. Instead, I have to call 800 number and wait a replacement phone to show up in 2-3 days while I have No phone.
This is NOT accectable. Why wouldn't they acknowledge that this is a known and common problem?

I just realized that if I use headset, it works fine. I use wired headset frequently, and I think that is causing this problem. When I take out headset jack, phone still thinks that I have headset jack in so speaker and microphone doesn't work.

I just got my replacement yesterday. I had to take it into a store for water damage inspection before they would warranty the issue. The replacement is a refurbished phone with some updates to the stylus and general improvements in construction quality. Everything is tighter. I love what i can do on this phone and hope they got the issue solved on this piece.
