Any time i download something then try to run the program it gives me the error message run the application first, then open the file within the application. What does this mean?? This is stopping me from doing anything. Thank you so much to whoever can answer this for me

When downloading a program for your pocket PC you sync your Pocket PC and runn the program from windows. As long as it's a pocket PC program it will install the progam into your pocket PC
