Inconveniences that I hope there's a fix for. Anyone got any ideas? Or at least experience the same issues, so that I know its just not a defect on my phone.
1. Can't do phone & WiFi at the same time. Whenever I enable WiFi, the phone is automatically switched to "flight mode" (and vice-versa). Is there any way to do phone & wifi at the same time?
2. Caps-lock for the 'red-dot button'? Whenever entering a sequence of numbers on the keypad, I have to do 'red-dot -> number'. Is there a caps-lock function for that button?
3. When taking a picture on the camera, the image on the screen freezes for about one second, then takes a picture. This is confusing because once the screen image freezes, you think the picture has been taken....

7) Agreed. I don't think so, but you might look around for another registry edit.

Press the red button twice to lock it. The one downside is that there is nothing indicating that you have the function key locked or the shift key locked. (Wish they lighted those buttons.)

1. If Sprint, yes. However, if you have a Verizon phone, it is one or the other, WifFi or EVDO only.
2. Yes, press it twice and press it twice to unlock it again.

4. smtp.gmail.com:460 is how it should be configured. pop.gmail.com:990 is the other setting. I have used this and it works great.
5. I don't think so, haven't seen it.
6. Should stay on your account. Check what the settings are on the email account regarding pop.

[Answer]: yes, the registry edit (which you can find in this forum) will do it for you. I've tried it on mine, and it works perfectly. just make sure you soft reset your phone for it to take effect.
