Verizon Bluetooth problem

Since I got my 6700 in January I've had problems with the unit dropping the connection to my BT headset. I've tried several headsets and it still does it even after a hard reset and running "stock" with no additional installed software.

Today I spent an hour waiting in line at a Verizon store today to speak with tech support. The guy told me that they have had 6 or 7 people in their store alone complain of their 6700's dropping the connection to their headset. I got the 800# for warranty and he said they will replace the unit for me, but it's probably going to do the same thing until they come up with a software fix for the problem.

I had the same problem but it was the stupid Motorola HS850 I was using. Ever since I swtiched to the Plantronics, it has worked superb. I highly recommend the Plantronics that Verizon Wireless carries. No static, No background noise, clear sound.
