How to Beam multiple/all contacts (via Bluetooth to car)

I can beam a single contact to the address book my car (via bluetooth), what I can't figure out is how to beam multiple or all my Contacts over? Anyone figured out how to do that?

To clarify, what I'm trying to do is find a way to either multiple select or select all contacts and beam them all at once (instead of individually) to my car. Either as part of the core software or with some utility/add-on. Can anyone help?
