Hello,

My boss has an XV6700 telephone with Windows Mobile 5 (5.1.1700 build 14355.0.1.1). There is 49.45MB remaining on the unit. The ROM version is 1.0.5.00 WWE (10/11/2005). The HW version is 0041.

Programs will run from the mini SD card- I do it all the time with games, etc.

What I have found is that if the program or any portion of it was ever installed to the card, even if it was removed via settings/remove programs, then you cannot reinstall it to that location.

Take the card out of the 6700, put it into a card reader on your computer and delete the folder/file in question. Put it back in the 6700 and (hold your breath...)

It should then install to the card just fine.
