Volume problem....
Does anyone who owns this phone have any problems with the volume being to low? I've been considering pruchasing this phone but then I hear the volume sucks and I may HAVE TO use an earpiece. Is this true?

What are you having difficulty hearing? Usually carrying a conversation using the speakerphone tends not to project as loud as other speakerphones, but it's still manageable. Other than that I have not had any problems with the volume. Then again you can use the ear-piece.

Yes I have issues with the volume. Mostly its with the bluetooth volume. I have an Acura TL and I have to turn the volume to the max to hear anything. I have paired my car with 2 or 3 different phones and all work fine except this phone.

There are two volume settings on this phone; one for audio notifications and one for the phone volume. Make sure both are turned up all the way. May phone volume is fine.

Do the new update for the phone. It has helped with volume and also has some really loud rings tones included too.

I've found the volume on the earpiece to be just fine, but the speakerphone/ringer is lacking...what do you expect from such a tiny speaker. My bigger complaint was that the phone was big and clunky compared to other modern phones, and everytime I put it to my ear I'd get oil from my face allover the screen. A bluetooth solved all these issuse, and now I love the phone.

Is there some kind of registry hack for the volume?? This is still the only complaint I have, I upgraded the software, did most of the known hacks and love everything about the phone..EXCEPT........
My bluetooth volume sucks, it might be the one I have. I have the Jabra BT350. Anybody else have this problem or heard of this hack?

I am sure that you have aready checked this but just in case... my BT headset has it own volume control but it is dependent on the volume setting of the phone. If I don't have the volume setting on the phone turned all the way up the volume on the head set sucks. But with the phone turned all the way I acually leave the volume on my head set at about half way. I have a plantronics headset, the kind with a piece that directs the sound right into you ear canal. http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/store/acce ssoryPopup?item=accessoryMart&accessoryId=214 58
