Phone Lock frustrations
I've tried Mortsaver which locks the screen and all buttons except the "Answer" button.
I then upgraded the Phone's S/W which has built-in screen and button lock.
When using either method, whenever the phone rings and as I am removing it from my pocket, I inadvertently press the not locked "Answer" key thus forcing me to take the call before I can look at the caller-id.
There must be a way to shut down all key until a sequence is pressed ... even to answer calls.
The only thing you can do is turn on the password lock under passwords in the settings. Then before you put it in your pocket hit the power button once quickly and the phone will go to sleep. You can edit the buttons to have no function if it is a big problem, but just pick it up from the sides, and see you it is before you hit the green phone and you are good to go.
therefore ....i'm still frustrated with this phone. I'm thinking about taking it apart and disabling the buttons and using the touch screen only.
If I carried my phone in a purse or in a holdster this wont be an issue, but I like to carry mine in my pant pocket where just reaching for the phone answers or terminates the call because these buttons are being depresses as the phone is being extracted.
