Using WiFi without Data Plan/Charges???

I am looking to purchase the XV6700 in a week or so but I want to surf the web on my wireless network, however, I will not be purchasing the data package.

Is there a way to use WiFi without having any data plan and without getting any data charges???

Yes you can use wifi instead of data plan you just have to be in a hotspot to get on line. I have the data plan but because I live just on the fringe the high speed network I usually switch to WIFI when at home.
