u need to upgrade your rom my phone came to me with a factory rom set i downloaded the newest verizon rom and it corrected the pic mail

The bigger question is: do you have Verizon or Sprint? WIth Verizon, it's easy. If you have Sprint, you'll have to email the pics or videos.

YES ! I agree with Chocolateman. Are you SPRINT or VZN. I am with SPRINT so I cannot confirm this, but I am under the impression that the VZN version of the device (VX6700) is picturemail capable out of the box.
When I bought by (SPRINT) 6700 (about a year ago) I was very dissapointed that it did not have picturemail. I soon setup my GMAIL account and emailed my pics and videos. But I started thinking how the VX6700 has it but the SPRINT version doesn't. They ARE the same phone.
I found that SPRINT has the picturemail feature (pix/flix) disabled within the windows registry. There is an edit that you can perform to your phone (SPRINT UNAUTHORIZED, OF COURSE) that will enable pix/flix. I have this enabled and I am able to send out pictur...
