UTStarcom PPC-6700 / XV-6700 / HTC Apache

HELP!!!!

Ok so I have a 6700 and for some reason it now will not continue past the align screen. What should I do does anyone know or has anyone had this problem before??? Any and all help is appreciated...Thanks
