Motorola RAZR V3i / V3t / V3e / V3r

The camera for Cingular's V3i is crap! Even worse than the original Razr. Is T-Mobile's V3t any better? I know they are the same phone but the carrier can sometimes makes a difference. They tweak different features to match their specs.

i noticed that here on phonescoop it says the video length is only limited by the memory. but when i do a video it's only around the usual 15-20 seconds , and it varies its anywhere between those times before it stops itself . help ? 🤨

Just changed from one V3i to another. Have my phone book with multiple numbers and want to transfer them using MOTO Phone Tools. Each time I try they transfer as separate entries for each number. Help, do I have to add my complete phone list manually to accomplish one entry with multiple numbers?

I have read contradicting information on memory card and song limits. Some spec. state that it is limited to 512 MB and 50 songs; while others indicate that it can take up to 1GB and up to 100 songs.

I just got the D&G RAZR & I'm wondering where I can get the D&G wallpaper it was defaulted to. I changed the "theme" & lost this particular wallpaper. Can anyone give me any clues? I really appreciate it.

my mom called from germany saying that she got the RAZR V3i. im wondering if its the same as the u.s version? i would ask my mother if itunes was in her phone, but shes not too tec savy.

does anyone know if the price of the v3i for cingular will drop anytime soon? Thanks.

I just got a brand new V3r with Bluetooth...

I was excited to sync my iCal and Address Book info from my Mac, but was disappointed to find that those options were 'grayed out' when I went to set it up. I have friend with Razrs who use iSync to do exactly that all the time.

Is there something about the V3r that won't let me us iSync for some reason? Has anyone else run into this problem?

I have been using iSync with my v3t flawlessly since getting the phone out of the box... with the exception of not being able to move more events than the current week and the following week from my iCal to my phone. Does anyone know how to get more (or all) of my calendar info to move to my phone?

to make ringtones on iTunes phones ---
go download "power mp3 cutter"
open it. drag in the song you want
to make as a ringtone. the format of
the song has to be mp3 or wav.

then select the part of the song you
want as your ringtone. export it by clicking the folder with a down arrow. name the song. close everything. open "my computer". then open "my music". select the song you want to use as your ringtone. then plug in your phone to your computer. the phone will appear in "my computer" under removable storage devices. click the phone. then drag the song you want as your ringtone into the iTunes folder.

on your phone, go to my stuff and then sounds. hit the menu button and select switch storage devices. then go to the ringtone you ...

My RAZR V3c has me stumped as to whether or not it even HAS a speaker which I can use during calls.

Can ANYone tell me if there is a speaker on this phone which I can activate during a call when I am NOT in my car? I want to simply place/receive a call, then set the phone down on the desk, but I have been unable to figure out how to TURN ON THE SPEAKER.

Any help is appreciated, even if it's: "There is no speakerphone feature."

(BTW, the Motorola manual is one of the WORST manuals I've ever read. It has no more info in it than what I can get by simply perusing through the buttons on the phone, itself.)

I really WANT to like Moto phones but this Address Book thing really throws me. I know you can store multiple numbers per entry but how do you select between Phone Memory and SIM Card (or do you)???

I'm beginning to think you store numbers in one or the other but not both. If you store in both you'll get duplicates shown on the display - is this correct? (unlike most other mfr's)

Hi, I own a razr v3i and use it with tmobile. Anyway, I went to a tmobile store a couple days ago and noticed that they had a similar phone called the razr v3t. I looked at all the features and they're all pretty much the same except it has all those tmobile stuff like tzones and what not. I asked a tmobile rep which phones right now has video playback for caller ID and he said that the v3t has it(though he wasn't sure how to do it). I showed him my phone and he still didn't know how to do it. So, does anyone know how to do it? If you even CAN do it? Thanks in advance.

I had a samsung t809 before I bought this phone and that's one of the features that I missed the most.

I'm getting a new phone, and wanted to stear clear of the razr. Then I read it has class 1 bluetooth, which means it should work up to 100m. If you own this, what kind of range are you getting with your bluetooth headsets?

Why does it say on here that the version is 2.0? I bought an bluetooth headset from Samsung and it says that it only supports 2.0 version phones, also I posted this in another thread that I can listen music thruogh this bluetooth headset. Anyway what's the correct bluetooth version of this phone? I thought it was two since my bluetooth headset supports only 2.0.

I just got a new V3r branded pearl gray
T-Mobile phone.
I am on the cingular network. I unlocked it with a code and it works great...Except, the web browser is set up for T-Mobile.
I have all the settings for Cingular, but there is no way to get into the web setting program.
Does anyone have any ideas???
There must be a way to change the web settings.

Okay, bear with me because I am really new at this phone (the v3i). One thing that is NOT simple to know right off is where my graphics are downloading to when I choose to store them. Can someone lead a blind man in the right direction here?? I've downloaded several graphics from Cingular and can't find where they went. When I saved it, I saw a message say that is was saved to (and then a "phone" graphic) which I can't find anywhere. Much appreciated!! 🙄
