WEP KEY FOR WLAN
NEED SOME HELP WHEN CONNECTING TO MY WIRELESS NETWORK SINCE BEFORE CONNECTING I AM ASKED FOR THE ENCRYPTION NUMBER FOR MY NETWORK..WHICH I CAN NEVER REMEMBER. HOW CAN I GET THE THING TO REMEMBER IT, OR HOW CAN I EASILY CUT AND PASTE THIS CODE WHEN PROMPTED. THANKS

It took me a while to get this figured out when I got my E61. Here is what you need to do so you don't have to type in your WEP key everytime.
enter into the menu system and then select "Tools", then "Settings". Scroll down to "Connection" and hit select. Then select "Access points". Now use your left soft key to select "Options" and scroll down to "New access point" and arrow to the right and select "use default settings". You are now on the screen where you will name and define your WEP access point.
The connection name should be edited and named something you will recognize for that access point (Home Wireless, Work, etc).
The Data bearer will be Wireless LAN
WLAN network name will show as "must be defined". Select this ...
