Edge Wireless, Cingular's Affiliate providing GSM/GPRS/EDGE & TDMA on the 1900 band here in Northern California, as well as in S OR, SE ID and W WYO, has had it for several months now.

This has also been flying off the shelves in Wal-Mart, Target, and some K-Mart stores. I first saw them 2 months ago at my local Target and noticed that the display was practically empty. They only had a couple of phones and accessories. An employee told me that there are an assortment of changeable faceplates, pouches, cases, even necklaces to wear the device around your neck. Incredible!
