I have the Motorola Q Black. My battery drained completely and it won't come back on. I am charging it overnight to see what happens. Has anyone had this experience? HELP! 😢

A truly dead battery can prevent a phone from coming on while charging. Pull the battery for a second, pop it back in and charge for a few hours. It shouldn't take more than 3 hours for your Q to charge, even dead. Don't charge it all night if you don't have to.
