Pressing #
Has anyone else experienced this problem: When I call my bank or any other automated business when it asks me to press pound I usually can not. At first I thought it was becuase I was not hitting the "ALT" key to change ...but no...is there some way around this???

My dad had a problem like that, turned out he was not on the call status page when he was trying to hit the # key. It only takes input for tones/keypad entries when on that page while on a call
Mine often misses the first "Alt" entry I use if I am going fast with my fingers. I have to do it twice lots of times...
