🙄 Your comment about Sprint's customer service is right on the money(unfortunately). Their phones are great and their network is as long as you are near a major city and/or interstate. Motorola has come a long way in the past 2 years. They improved on their previously crappy TDMA/CDMA phones and recently launched some stellar phones in the GSM department. I hope they make a good standing in Sprint. They can use all the help they can get...

About time MOTO came back into sprint's life! took them long enough! Can't wait to see the great phones they'll provide in the future, I'm just sick of samsucks, hopefully a pink razor will be within reach in the near future..

it wont last long, it never lasts long. and calling sprint is the ****in worst, i often find myself spelling every last letter out for them in a sentence. worst part is i work for the bastards (legacy nextel employee)

If you call customer service during the day, usually I get english speaking people.... still, it would be awesome if they kept it that way.
Sprint and Motorola need to get along - who else makes an iDen handset?
And hey - at least the RAZR works with headsets properly..... and the V3i and V3c are both a lot nicer than the standard V3.

I sold sprint for a very long time and Motorola has NEVER made a good phone for sprint. With this model, i dont see anything changing. 🙄
