Samsung SGH-D807 / D806

Hi all I'm having a hard time,I can't get any of my movies on the phone I've tryed draging and droping,I used the wizzard,I tryed doing a repair on the movie,it just won't work??? I have gotten it on sort of lol while connected it is on the phone but when I disconnect and look its not on the phone??? Now before you say I don't know what I'm doing, I have no problems adding anything to my razor v3i..Is it the phone??????? Please help
