Problem With Shortcuts anyone?

hey everytime i turn my phone off and back on for any reason. The custom background goes back to blank. Also my customized shortcuts (up for alarm)(right for calender) both go back to default again too which was (up for walkman) and (right for empty slot) again.. Has anyone else expierenced that?

Try this. Change your shortcuts and wallpaper and then immediately turn the phone off and back on again.
