upgrading firmware

i'm having a problem updating the firmware on this phone. everytime i try to install it and then it restarts, it says "upgrade failed, server will be contacted with details" or something. anyone know what the prob is?

Can you connect to the internet normally? The only thing I could think is if you're internet isn't configured then it's just not connecting.. Other than that, I'm not sure?

well yes, it downloads the firmware all the way through but i guess the problem is during the installation. i do see upgrade download completely. i just know that when it restarts, it says that the upgrade failed.
