Cannot Connect to internet pleae help

Aloha, I have the w810i, and am on Cingular on Kauai. I am unable to connect to the internet at all, I can send text messages, but cannot recieve email messgaes, or Picture messages When I try to connect I get "Conn. Failure. Check Settings. If problem persists, contact operator for support." The thing is I did all the setup from the Sony Ericcson site, and it still doesn't work. Please help, I am not all that tech savvy, so as much detail as possible is much appreciated. Mahalo,

Call Cingular. They should be able to send you a file to your phone that you can install to enable this functionality. Also make sure you have the latest firmware on your phone. This is doable via the phone "search for update" in your settings menu.
