HOW DO I CONVERT MP3'S TO WMA TO USE AS RINGTONES?
I use a program called Cool Edit Pro it's real easy to use. Adobe bought the program and it's called something else now but if you can get a free copy of that, you'll be able to edit and convert to wma's

To convert all you have to do is once you get the cut you want to use as a ringtone click save as and then put the name you want to save as. Then below that click on the save as button and scroll to .wma then save. Place onto phone and enjoy.

Nokia PC Suite will only send DRM unprotected wmas to the phone. Here is what you need to do to use mp3s as ringtones on the 6133:
1. Go to download.com and look for free software to convert mp3s to wmas. They must have the DRM removed to work.
2. After you convert the mp3s to wmas you can use Nokia PC Suite to transfer the song. Make sure the song is the wma one, no the mp3 or it will probable give you an error message saying the file is "protected."

why dont u just use windows media player??? cut the song and then right click it and prss convert audio format. then choose windows media audio??? u dont need to download any new programs or anything else cuz most people have wmp.

You have to have the DRM removed to use any song as a ringtone on the 6133. Nokia PC suite will not even transfer a song to the phone that is right protected. Raw wmas are rights protected, but converting them to mp3s takes the rights off. Converting the mp3s to wmas is necessary to transfer the songs to phone to play.
Go to download.com and when you look for the free mp3 to wma converter it will have the cutting software with it.
