microSD / TransFlash
I've read in the user manual the maximum microSD / TransFlash that can be added to the t609 is 512MB. Is this true? Has anyone tried a 1Gig?

Shortcuts
Does anyone know how to change menu shortcuts for the T609. For example, is it possible to change the right menu button from t-zones to something else? Is it possible to assign a button to say the calendar instead of digging through a mountain of stuff to get to calendar? I can't find any help in the manual. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

t719 and Blackberry-Connect
I was just wondering since I will be getting the 719 once it comes out. Will I need to add the blackberry service to my plan to take advantage of the Blackberry-Connect??
Thanks

is there a loophole where you can record ur own ringtones cause right now i cant use my recordings as ringtones. also, does anyone know a free mp3 downloading site?
crazy price difference
i was looking for something different in a phone that had an mp3 player, removable memory and bluetooth. this little number looked about perfect for me. so i checked out the price a T-Mobile.com and it was between $125 - $175. i take a little time to think about that, and meanwile i go to this discount warehouse to get a 40-pack of toilet paper, and i see this same fone for more than $100 less! i don't see any differences in the phones, so i'd like to know have u guys seen this fone for dirt cheap anywhere?
Sending Ringtones Via Bluetooth
Everytime I try to send a ringtone to my friend via bluetooth, the option to send via bluetooth is not highlighted on the ringtones that I have downloaded from T Zones. Does anyone know how to do that? Is there a certain way I need to save it? Also, i have sent a couple of MP3's to my phone from my lap top via bluetooth and I have saved them .3gp just like on the T809 to enable me to save them as a ring tone, but it is not working. Does anyone know why? Is it because I sent it via bluetooth from my lap top? HELP!!! đ
great alternative
while the t809 is stil pricey samsung undercuts that phone with a flip version with the same capabilities.... almost how the 360 did the razr the difference in price is the form.
my only complaint is if koolaid or hot sauce is on my counter when i put the phone down its gonna be stained lol but you really cant complain unless you want a data phone. T-mobile offers the best phones hands down.

Dissapointed!
I was very dissapointed to see that not only does the t-609 not come with a micro sd card, but also does not include the data connection kit to sync with a computer! Samsung.... WTF!
Camera Button

vs V360
Which on is a better pick? I do not care about the camera.
Which has a better MP3 Player?
Which has better reception?
Which has Better battery Life?
On which are ringers louder?
Which has better Bluetooth security?
The main thing I want is better security for bluetooth.

PC Connectivity
Considering purchasing this phone led me to searching for a compatible USB cable, since it is isn't supplied as is the case for the t809. So far, discussions with T-Mobile and Samsung have yielded nothing. Myself, while at a T-Mobile store I was able to verify the AC charger for the E315 indeed fits the t609. I assume then that a USB cable for the E315 would work for the t609 as the connector would fit the phone. There is PC Suite software available as a free download from Samsung. This software has 4 ways to connect the PC to the phone, USB, Bluetooth, Serial and infared. Purchasing a bluetooth/USB dongle should do the trick if a USB cable isn't available. Has anyone used any of these methods to connect to your PC, and if so, did you use th...

NOT UGLY
Hello? Why are people calling this phone ugly? I think it looks as good as any other phone. People are literally saying it's ugly because it's not silver or black or something. đ Who the F cares? It's how the phone WORKS that's important. And how often do they make a white phone anyway. How about never? If you don't like the looks of the phone, DON'T LOOK AT IT! đ Problem solved! đ
