Chat client via Cingular?
Hi all-
I'm considering switching to Cingular (AT&T) and wondered how mobile IM works on this device (and other unlocked non-Cingular phones). I am planning on adding the $20/month unlimited text/IM package, which I have currently on Verizon. On phones from the carrier, they come preloaded with IM client software. Will I be able to access MSN messenger, AIM, etc... with this device (for use with my unlimited messenging package)? Thanks guys.

This phone has no messaging client built in. The only solution is to have whoever wants to send you an IM (I know both MSN and AIM support this feature) is to have them send a message directly to your mobile number from the IM program on their pc. You can simply reply and it will go right back to them.
