New to the MP3 Game

I have a ton of music on my computer and i recently tried to put some on my 8300, but it seems like the only mp3's that will play are the ones i uploaded to my computer via the cd i had. Any of the songs i have that i purchased from napster say the song is copyright protected. Am i not allowed to play music on my phone that i purchased on line?

Probably not. Napster songs have a license built in, and can't be shared between devices. Copying them to another device "inactivates" them.

This is as far as I know. I don't use Napster, but I do know the songs are copy-protected.
