Mp3's on the TransFlash card?

I have a Moto E815 now. I play my mp3's through the media player, straight from the transflash card. Is this the same on the 8300? Can they be played through the outside of the phone?

Yes they can and they sound awesome,the 8300 has stereo speakers. I've had the phone since it came out and still amazed how good it sounds. geez.
