Can you email ringtones to the 8300 by email using cellphonenumber@vzwpix.com? This is important to me, and I have heard that some phones have disabled this.

I know how to do everything, I have been using those programs for a very long time. I just needed to know if it was possible and see from the link you sent me it is. That makes if final and I will now switch over to the 8300 from the Razr.

I have always been able to send to my phone ringtones via email or freeringers.net----with my 8300 i can't. I don't know what is up with this phone. I got it used and tried to activate it online. It wouldn't activate, so I called verizon and they activated it for me. I used to switch phones frequently but now I can't. I don't know what the problem is, any ideas??

I haven't had any trouble with freeringers.net.
I can send ringtones and pictures for wallpapers. I have no idea why you can't with your 8300. I've had mine for almost two weeks and haven't had any trouble. Good luck and keep us posted.
