I Send files to my 10digitnumber@vzwpix.com and doesn't work?!

I followed the MP3 ringtone post on here, put my file down below 350kb(300 to be exact) tried sending it to my phone with 10digitnumber@vzwpix.com

My phone didn't even recognize it or say it was receiving the file(i've done this countless times before but it's not working now)

Any reason i probably dont know about?

are you sure there wasn't just a glitch on the way that wouldn't let it receive it? i've sent 3 to mine in the last couple days and it received them about 10 seconds after sending. have you tried it again?

have you received any other picture messages since the problem? sounds like something may be wrong with the features on your acct. have you made any feature changes to your acct like changing a txt/pic package or removing a free feature such as vcast? if you have made one of these changes just call in to customer service and tell them to check all your messaging feature and it should fix it. hope this helps.
