Software Update Question

When you upgrade to the new version of the software, do you lose your contacts, photo or anything else you have added to the phone since it was new?

You shouldn't unless the phone gets fried. If that happens, verizon will give you a new phone and say sorry we lost everything for you.

Thats about right. The flasher program should back everything up with no issues, but there is always a chance something could go wrong (although it usually ends up just fine).
