how can you tell what software version
how can you tell what software version is in the 8300 i have it and i think it's the best phone i've owned but i have bt probs. not at my end but other people complain of echo problems. i got the phone just as it hit the streets and prob got a older software version but how can i tell.

go to settings and tools, then (9)phone info, SW version. if the SW version (above PRL version) ends in 01, then you have version 01. If it ends in 03, then you have version 3. That is all I know.

I just got the phone today, and it appears after programming that I have version 01. Is it better to have 02 or 03? How can you get them if so?
