Hi,
Help! I've checked everywhere online and with Sprint's tech department and no one can find the information I need. I refuuuuse to pay the minimum charge of $5.00 per month to get my pictures off this phone. I saw in the info section on this site that there is a USB option but no one can tell me exactly what I need to upload the pictures directly from my phone to my computer without going through Sprint. Anyone have an answer?

I have the same situation with the SCP 3100 phone and my local Sprint store seems to not be too interested in helping me. I read a review on this site that said basically, you have to subscribe to the service to get the pics off the phone. It's ...

Thank you. I had the same experience with Sprint. I did, however, get a helpful tech on the phone once but he said he couldn't find any information on software and said that something was modem only, whatever that means. I think I tried the same software you did and their customer service wouldn't add our phone to their system. Bad business. It's actually more like $15.00 a month for pictures to get the unlimited. Otherwise you have to pay about a dollar a picture to get them off. Nuts. Thanks for your reply.
