Hello, I can't play mp3, it can only play wma's (it coul;d but verizon software is blocking the phone from having this feature). You can use the Speakerphone feature when its closed, you can hang up the call too. Don't know about the video thing, trying to find out if it can play videos. Hope this helps!.

Um, yes it can play mp3s. It's a secret menu item though and you must enable the secret menu every time to access it. The first time you run the mp3 player, it will create a My_MP3s directory on your microSD card (I haven't tried it without the card). Just put MP3s in that directory from your computer and listen away.
Go to the settings & tools menu and hit: #000000#88😳KSEX82 (that's how I remember it).

You've got the code I gave you wrong. There's no zero. That's an "O", as in "oh". I found it on another forum via google. There's a second secret menu where the mp3 player is. Did you find both?
