LG CU500
problems
Has anyone had the following problems.
1) Logging into Yahoo Messenger resets phone
2) Phone calls get rejected even if the number not programed to be rejected
3)AOL, Yahoo, MSN messenger sign off by themselves when you switch from 3G to Edge or GPRS networks
I've returned my phone 3 times now, cingular hasnt been able to do a thing for me, but tell me exchange it. If anyone else has had these problems what have you done to fix it.
Any help will be appreciated

I don't know about 1 and 2, but switching from 3G to 2G (or vice versa) will close any current internet connections. This is a hardware limitation, and I don't think it can be "fixed" in any way.

I have the same Y! Messenger drama you are having ... I just use MediaNet and sign in there ... but, I would like to use AIM on my phone too.

did you ever figure out how to keep your LG CU 500 from cutting off and restarting when you log on to Yahoo messengeer? If So Can you tell me how because mine is doing that and cingular tells mre there is nothing wrong with the phone and that i need to contact yahoo. Please help me 😕
