HTC TyTN / 8525 / JasJam (Hermes)

Has anyone experienced problems with their 8525 and Mobile Windows? My first 8525 started having Windows problems whereby screen would switch constantly, making clicking noises and disconnecting while making calls. Cingular gave me another new 8525, and that one did the exact same thing after 1 week. Cingular tells me they're having a minimal problem with the 8525 (mostly software issues) but doesn't tell how they can remedy it. I really liked the 8525, however went over to the PALM Windows 750 after researching phones and service problems (750 doesnt havent any).
