Could someone tell me how to update to the new ROM; I have the download already but i do not know hot to update the radio without messing it up

If i were you i would just wait a lil longer until it is officially released. The vervion out is just a test version. Like anything, it is always worth the waite. that way all you have to do is download it directly from HTC
