Nokia N73

I just recently purchased my n73.... love it.. but does anyone know where to get any good games for the n73??

anyone using this large of a card? any difficulty with it?

I try to update new firmware version 4.xxx on my N73, and half way it hang my notebook (running Windows vista). Then I unplug the cable and reboot my notebook.

After the process, the update continue failed, and my phone unable to detect by Nokia PC Suite anymore.

Now, my phone not able to power on, and unable to recover from the point the update process stop (when my notebook hanged).

What can I do now? Please advice.

Just bought a N73. Love the phone except that i cannot mount it on my Mac when I connect it with the USB data cable provided. I dont have a memory card at the moment but all I wanted to do was drag n drop some songs from itunes into the phone to test the speakers out. iPhoto however does launch when i connect the phone and even though i have taken a few snaps, i Photo does not recognize this and says 'no items to import'. The PC suite disk that came with the phone obvousl doesn't work with my Mac.

I can still transfer to n from using bluetooth but a usb cable would have been faster.

Any suggestions, I'd appreciate

Hi, I just have one question, can this phone be used with the T-Mobile network?

I currently have AT&T and got the phone about 3 weeks ago and I have to say that I love this phone alot more than I thought I would (given that for the same price I could have bought an iPhone) but just couldn't stand getting stuck in another 2 year plan.

My plan runs out in the middle of December and would like to take this phone to whatever service has a good plan.

so does the nokia n73 still hang/freezes despite the latest upgrade of its phone software?

Please advise as i am thinking of choosing between an n73 and a k800i.

I have been using Nokia 6680 happily until I stuck to its limited internal memory (10 Mb).

Now I am thingking to switch to either N73 or 6610 (both have about 40 Mb).
Does anybody knows whether these two Nokias do have alarm repeating facility?

With Nokia 6680, setting alarm will give you an option to repeat the alarm setting for daily, weekly, fothnightly, monthly or yearly (Calendar - options - new entry - meeting - repeat).

Does anyone know of a firmware upgrade or change that would turn off the camera shutter sound?

Sometimes when I try to photograph with my basic camera on NOKIA N73 a pink circle is to be photographed instead of showing what the camera is pointing to.. WHAT DO I DO??? ☹️

I want this phone so bad, but I can't find a red and white one, I think the plum color looks bad. Anybody have any links.

I have a nokia N73, I've worked out how to sort the contacts by first name then last name, but I can't seem to find a way to do this to my messaging inbox, anyone know about this?

The video CNN keeps playing of the shooting was taken by a student with a N73...

I'm planning to buy this phone in the near future and use it with a cingular plan. Before I do this investment, who is using it? How does it perform with the plan? I know the phone is awesome but I need feedback on the phone and network. Will be able to do the same things as the new LG CU500, Samsung Sync, Nokia 75, in terms of videos, music, and using the 3G? Any feedback would be greatly appreciate. Thanks

I currently have an N80ie. How does the picture quality of it compare to that of the N73? Dose the auto focus, and the lens make much difference?

I am going to try to cut a long story short...
I had given my phone for service because of the joystick problem. Ever since i got it back i am facing a new problem with the N73.
I am not able to view any of my songs in the music player. I have tried a few permutations and combinations myself.
I have tried copying songs via PC Suite ☹️
I have tried using another card ☹️
I have tried copying it via bluetooth ☹️
I have tried copying it directly from the PC too ☹️
The files show up on the card properly and i am able to access it via the gallery
Any advice?

1. when i enter a phone number, i am unable to enter the P or W. i want to be able to send pin code when checking voice messages. i can only enter number in the phone field, and NOT the P or W.

2. i created a lock code for the phone. i want it to lock it whenever i power off the phone, thus power on the phone will ask for the lock code. where do i set this?

i can't seem to find this info in the manual.

anyone know if i just need to install a diff browser on this phone to be able to view large web pages? Only found 1 web page so far but told me i did not have enough free memory to open it up.

I really like the sound of this phone and thinking of buying one, just a couple of questions...

A lot of phones now have these silly shutter sounds on, does this phone have option to turn it off?

Is the video and pic quality clear enough in darker light?
