does the N73 still hangs/freezes up?

so does the nokia n73 still hang/freezes despite the latest upgrade of its phone software?

Please advise as i am thinking of choosing between an n73 and a k800i.

I updated it and it works great. Also i got the ME music player, AD2P and PTT
