Power On/Off Sound

I would like to change the power on/off sounds to my own sound but I can't find a way to change this. The only thing i see is "sound settings" option 7 to turn them "on" or "off" help!

Sometimes ya just gotta push the button and find out what happens, bro. Power on will ask you if you want the sound to be on when the phone is powering on...and vice versa with the Chocolate. My sounds are both off.
