Playlists Freezing Phone
So I have been racking my brain to figure this out. When I try to access a song from random playlists it freezes to the point I have to pull the battery to use the phone. I didn't purchase the synching software -- I have a card reader and a 512mb card in the phone i put mp3 files on.
I wiped the card clean and reinstalled the files. It still freezes randomly while trying to use the playlists. It never happens when using from the entire song list.
Any ideas??

mine sometimes does that. it started recently though. i think it started after i tried putting a video in the sd card, and upgraded the phone.
so i dunno if youve done either. cant figure it out, pisses me off, imma try to reformat the sd card.

I recently encountered a similar problem on my LG Chocolate...with a playlist and actually songs from "All Songs" freezing up....I loaded my songs off of an microSD card and card reader. I realized that songs with the title ._ Name aren't actually the songs...they are just a 1 kb file created somehow during a transfer...Once I realized that, I removed them from the playlist (I had just thought they were the songs) and only when i try to play those ._ name files does it freeze up...so unfortunately i haven't figured out how to get rid of those excess files, but don't try to play them or they will cause a freeze that can only be fixed by removing the battery.
