If all you want to do is talk and text, you should be fine. I personally thought the keyboard was too small. I have had the phone for at least 6 months and now some of the ringers/vibrate function just stopped working. Honestly my battery life on it has been great, but I try not to run the battery empty. I am currently shopping for a new phone just because I am tired of dealing with the headache of this one.

The key board is the phones best feature. Buttons are raised, easy to use/see. The battery life however is really horrible. I bought this phone because Iâm more of a text and internet phone person, rather than the old fashion talking on the phone kind. You can only text (or call) for about a ý hour before you lose a bar or two on the meter. Iâve had to buy a car charger just to use the phone while out of the house. I would not recommend this phone to anyone who actually uses their phone throughout the day. Also, phone call quality is really low. It gives people the impression that youâre a million miles away, which sucks!
Picture and video are great; LED screen in nice; comes with a few built in apps, which I donât use, but you might like (I like to pick my own:) slim and fits well in your pocket or purse.
Rather bulky though when trying to hold for a phone call. Text message sounds and alerts are limited to manufactures picks, and not all ring tones can be uploaded. I found that out the hard way. Also, vibration mode is very week. Iâve missed calls/text due to not âfeeling or hearingâ the phone. Iâve had mine for about 8 months and online now looking for a replacement.
L-O-V-E it!
This is my first phone and I am in love with it, even though there is some things I don't like about it. It's kinda wide, but the thinness is makes up for it. I can barely find a case for it.

This is a great phone I have had good phones , many of them now I am not an expert just a phone nut and I like trying out all kinds but I won't buy new when I can get used for way less lol and i got this one second hand and I love it and I put it down and try others and end up getting this one back out and selling my newer ones , it is just great for texting and the reception is great and come on most of us only care about those 2 options and the email is great to so why get other phones unless your like me but keep your slate cause you will go back to it trust me , it is that good . thanks for reading , hope it helps someone.

This is one of the best phones I have used - I switched back to it after I was fed up with BlackBerry having issues with pushing emails... this phone sends me a text when I get an email, much faster than my BB would notify of an email! I feel bad for having thought this phone wasn't enough!!
This phone definitely has a good feel - it's easy to hold onto while talking and the buttons all feel sturdy, especially the navigational buttons, which almost feel made out of metal - kind of hard to say if they are - but nonetheless they feel sturdy.
This is a great phone for someone who wants something in between the basic of the basic and the complexity of a smartphone

I have only had one problem with this phone. It stopped charging for no apparent reason one day, but i was promptly sent another one.
i have no real complaints, but no praises either.
best phone in the history of man kind
this phone is craaazzyyyyyyyy awesome. it feels really good in my hand. u see i had the pantech duo before. and the funny thing is the internet on this phone is like 5x faster than the duo. which is a smart phone.
Pros:
-GREAT keyboard, really spaced out and i can txt really fastly.
-fast, and easy to get to things.
-button on the side for camera.
-i can hear AMAZINGLY the person talking to me
-the speakers awesome.

-not that many background pictures to choose from
- the camera is not as amazing as i would like to be.
but hey i mean i bought it for txt and talking on the phone.
BTW. people say the battery life sucks.
