Great phone..lacking some features I like though

Good reception: Has signal on campus where some other phones don't
Clear and loud voice quality: The handset is really loud
Small size, lightweight
Visible screen under the sun: Unlike the T616, you can see the screen under direct sunlight. The 65K color TFT screen is very pleasant to look at indoors too.
Inviting appearance: SE's aesthetics is hard to beat
Loud ringtones: Really really loud, be careful in class
Bluetooth, works with Macs with iSync: Really like this feature..no more cables and settings. But I believe it will be more difficult on PCs; at least that's what happened to mine.
Tasks: Surprisingly, fewer than expected phones have this feature.
Ringer ID: Know who's calling by unique ringtones.
Polyphonic ringtones: sounds better than other phones.
CONs: (I don't like...)
Battery life: I have to charge it every other day, even with the phone off at night; and I never go over my 300 peak minutes. By no means can the battery last 12.5 days standby as stated.
Keys too close: I sometimes press two keys at the same time.
Not enough shortcut keys: Only the left navigation key is customizable to the first shortcut in "My shortcut" menu, so far as I know.
To many ways to inadvertently connect to the Internet (mMode) drive up the cost: Though I think this is more related to the carrier than the phone.
Slow response of some features: Like loading wallpaper pictures, changing themes, etc.
Camera: Picture quality is less than expected. Looks ok only on the phone. It has no built-in flash, so it's almost impossible to shoot at nighttime.
Operating system: Less intuitive than Nokia for sure. Maybe it's because I'm used to Nokias.
A lot of my comments are relative to other phones such as Nokia, and some Korean brands. My phone is made in Malaysia and battery in Japan.
I love this phone!
I upgraded to the T637 from the v60t and I have totally fallen in love with this phone. I love the look of the phone in general. The sound is great, the color is great and it's easy to use. I wasn't sure about the camera at first, but I have a lot of fun with it. I will admit that I don't use cell phones as heavy as many, but this one seems as close to perfect as I could imagine.
Pros: Excellent looks, sound, color, features, battery life.
Cons: Ringers could be a little louder, but no biggie.
Overall, I love this phone! A real winner.
LOVE IT!!!!!!
Well I just got the phone and I've tested it out thouroughly and to be honest I love it. I recently upgraded from my old Sanyo 4500 that I had for 4 yrs and decided to switch from Sprint to AT&T. The volume is excellent, Ringer is loud. I was pondering between this and the moto V600. If you really don't care about a flip phone then I'd highly suggest this one its a winner.
T637 - Best all around phone out now
This phone make the former best phone (T610/616) even better.

Excellent overall
Excellent phone overall. Has just about every possible features (Bluetooth, IR, Camera, Color) you could want. I came from clamshell phone (Motorola V60) and switched from VerizonWireless to Cingular. Excellent choice for people looking for a clamshell change. Great color graphics and animation. The phone is small and compact, fits well in your pocket. Above all, the phone is hella cheap!
Cons:
1) No Speakerphone
2) No Speakerphone!
3) Potentially poor call quality. Friends have complained about reception, but that could have more to do with Cingular than the actual phone.
4) Does not work perfectly with the Motorola HS810 Bluetooth Earpiece. Works well, but you can't answer the phone with the button on the headset.
Great Little Phone, but...
Is Bluetooth still in its infancy after half a decade? My entry here is about frustration over not being able to sync this little jewel perfectly to Outlook via Bluetooth. Synchronization via SE supplied software does not work on my XP Pro machine unless I ignore XTNDConnect and use only Logitech's My BT Places software, but even then there is one annoying problem: Synchronization maps Outlook's Tasks to the T637's Calendar events, and there seems to be no way to redirect the mapping.
Both my carrier (Cingular) and Sony Ericsson seem dumbfounded by the problem. Logitech Help seemed very proficient but could only go so far in assisting me with the T637. Unlike SE Help, they were at least able to get synchronization going in the limited way it works now.
Logitech points to shortcomings of the phone software, SE points to a problem in my PC, which works flawlessly with all other things BT (PDA, Keyboard, Mouse, BT Hub).
In all other ways, I like the SE T637, but what good is BT if it can't talk with other BT devices?
Cool phone
It's got bluetooth, great RF good colors, awesome ringtone maker. I can't get the email client to work, but that might be user error. The pictures are not as good as on Samsung or Motorola, but the bluetooth makes up for it. Also can't do True music tones, but that's played out for me. Overall, I recommend it over Motorola.
Great Phone for Business
I've used many many phones, and so far this is the best one. I used to have a Motorola v400 but it lacked some very important features like bluetooth and infrared. I am constantly on the go doing business and I needed something that would help me do my job more and make it easier.

Battery needs to be change every day or other day (especially if you use it like me)
Summary:
In general, this phone is perfect for the business professional. The T637 is small but packs a powerful punch with tons of features. At a great price, the T637 makes a great phone.
T637
The Sony Ericsson T637 is a solid phone even though the screen camera both leave something to be desired. ( especially when compared to my moto v400 ) I really enjoyed the bluetooth connectivity and Infared. I synced with my mac right away and I easily transferred pictures and ring tones from my computer to the phone and from my phone to my computer. The phone feels good in the hand and had fine call clarity. I use cingular in central New York. Even though I returned it in the end, in favor of my moto, I really enjoyed all of the options for connectivity and personalization and I would recommend the t637 to anyone in the market for a phone.

-Address book can take only work, cell, home and email address. Nokia (7250i) stored even the home / stree address and multiple phone numbers...
-No Speaker phone:
Bluetooth is excellent. Wish it had an integrated speaker phone too.
-Lack of professional ringtones.
Grown ups would want decent ringtones.
Overall recommendation:
Excellent phone!
