Four thumbs down
Bought this one for my wife with a 2GB memory card. She wanted an MP3 player but didn't want to have to carry around a phone AND an iPod. I picked this one for the built in FM transmitter so she could listen to it in the car.
First piece of bad news was that the transmitter is too weak. You could hear the music if you held the phone against the windshield. Otherwise, static.
About two weeks after purchase, the little plastic cover for the charge/data port broke off. The rubber plug remained, but without the plastic cover you need a knife or paper clip to get to the charge port. Shortly after, the two screw cover pads above the screen fell off. Also, the flip hinge has significant sideways movement, like it won't last much longer.
Long story short, we bought an iPod and are shopping for a new phone.
Not Great!!!SUCKS!!!
This phone is lightweight and thin. It is long which i like and looks awesome. It has great security and cool features.
Now the bad:
If you would like to use the MP3 player that phone will have dont count on it. I simply just downloaded a ringtone and you cant even hear the words because the speakers or should i say speaker(only has one little one) sucks so bad. The sound is staticky and just plain sucks. I did nothing to this phone i had it less than 24 hours before I discovered this. Maybe a hour after it was activated. But if you want this phone just cause it looks nice then thats ok but usually when i get a phone with a MP3 player i would like to use it, or at least have the ringtone i would like without it sounding like im talking to someone going through a tunnel. If you were to ask me i would say "NO!!!!" to this phone.
