Of one man's journey to the depths of cell.
My 5-year-old Nokia was flawless the day
It gave up the ghost, or "died," as they say.
Feeling my loss, but a thirsty man slurping,
I flew to my Cricket--I wouldn't leave chirping!
They showed me a flip with Bluetooth & BREW,
But a phone booth has hinges-should a phone Have one, too?
I passed on the bar phone--got bad reviews. He held up a slider; now there's somethng New!
Music, video, a camera, a browser, and a
Fancy new clip to wear on my trouser.
I weighed plus & minus & said, "It's a deal!
And for One Ninety-nine THEY got the steal.
As ritual goes I charged overnight, Next day
Powered on--but no power, no light!
I bought a new charger; same result: nada tone; Customer Svc said, "It's the charger...
Or the phone." (DUH)
After repeating, it's back to the store;
"That charger's defective, try just 1 more.
I plug it, take bets (better chance Hell sees snow). 3 chargers later I'm good to go.
Just when I'm sure I'm done making penance
The phone lost its charge in 45 minutes.
Extended life batteries & I'm headed home,
Then had to go back: they left the door off the phone. :|
From debilitate to irritate it got better, ya' know?
Seconds into calls it butts in, "Battery Low!
That was o.k., at least I was heard;
But my contacts only hear every other word!
ON A PERSONAL NOTE:
Just been dumped my 4th time, have to go it alone;
I'd never do that to a woman, BUT I DID TO MY PHONE!!
Down a pile at a landfill (it's a Slider, so it slid);
When they saw it coming even the rats ran and hid!
The moral of this story you won't miss if you blink...
If you choose a Kyro Slider, have a backup to call your shrink.

This phone completely sucked! Even though I got it just as a loaner phone for 3 days it sucked!!! The mp3 player...HA i laughed...the bluetooth...do I hear lawsuit!?! The ringers- hell my kyocera 1135 had those!!! The camera...what did you say 1.3 megapixel!?!? Well my lg 5450 took better pictures!!! Phonebook=trash!!! The only thing cool was the spinning menu thing!! Design0 huge color0 poop! This phone is huge! Hell its even bigger than my Nokia 6255i!!! Speaker phone- snap crackle pop!!! HAHAHA I had soo much fun writting this review!!
