better than the v710
ok i got the v710 yesterday, i waited not to buy the vx7000 to get the v710 and must i say i was very dissapointed. i just got the vx7000 and i must say i feel more complete and confortable with this phone. yes i know it doesnt have blue tooth and no speaker phone, that's ok because i really dont use that, but it does take better pictures at night even doe the v710 is a mega pixed the pictures at night were really bad. also the vx7000 has free ringtones, i like that, and it's easier to take pictures with this phone because of the swivel camera. overall i'm happy about the vx7000. and the v710 does not have an ouside lcd, it just looks cheap.

Still LG has best UI
PROs - Still Lg has the best UI over all the phones I have used in the past. Motorola, Nokia, Samsung.

CONS - Most of my cons are in relation to the VX6000 which I had before.
- I miss the button on the side where when you press it for 3 secs it goes to manner mood which is vibrate and then if you press it again it goes to silent mode.
- I miss that in the phone book under your contacts there was a section in the vx6000 for notes under the contacts name. I used that to remind me of acquaintances and where I met them or I would put lawyer, etc.
These cons can be gotten around but I liked the ease of them in the vx6000 that are missing in the 7000.
More Pros - Other then that phone is beautiful. I like the blue color better then silver. Blue would always be my choice because it is a mellow color. Like the color photo id on the outside display, the picture is the full size of the outside display. Love the fact that you can record your own ring tone. I have my friend saying "It is Maria, pick up the phone"; great personalization feature. Calendar is nice and pretty, I use it all the time. Alarm clock is great. To me the phone ringers and alerts are loud. It is especially loud if your record your voice or someone's voice as a ringer. (embarrassingly loud).
VX7000 wins so far!

Perfect LG!
That's my first LG phone and I find it 100% perfect with no flaws. I'm so amazed and impressed. I've been using such brands as Motorola, Samsung, Audiovox/Toshiba, Nokia, Sanyo; none of those phones worked like LG VX7000 does. It's a dope phone that will NOT disappoint you. Get it with no doubts. All the features are 100% user friendly. Everything is so cool about this phone. Bluetooth? I don't need this small detail. Speakerphone? I can wait for VX8000. The most important thing is that now I'm very confident when purchasing any LG phone. I know for sure that LG does its best job. Bravo!
I Love My LG 7000
I've had my LG 7000 for a little over a week, and I love it. I tried the audiovox 8900 for 12 days and returned it because the reception was poor. The LG 7000 works very well and the reception is great.
Pros. Great reception
Loud volume
Very good menu
Loud ringers
Lots of good features
Cons. No speakerphone
Can not get all of the "Get it now"
applications.
Cant's get the Graphic to work in the
enhanced text messageing.
Over all its a great phone.

Just wondering... why the hell do people rate a phone based on its RECEPTION???
People are giving this phone 0 out of 5 stars because of reception. Hello, people! BAD RECEPTION is almost always your carrier's fault. Unless you have used other phones of the same technology on their network and this one performs worse for some reason, then the reception is blamed solely on the carrier, not the manufacturer.
Damn, someone can talk about how great a certain phone's reception is, but I bet if I take it out to the middle of the desert it wouldnt be so great, huh? So I'd give it a 0 out of 5.
People should think before they write a stupid review to bring down the phone's rating so far.
WOW!!
I love this phone...I got it a week ago and it is working great!! I bought the V710 and then I returned it the next day. It was not user friendly at all. But this phone has everything:
Pros:
The camera is nice, flash works great
The video camera is very nice
Ringtones are cool
Large Vibrant Internal and External displays
Great for picture caller id
Amazing Voice Dail, Never gone wrong
Cons:
No speakerphone
Basically, get this phone...If u want a speakerphone i would wait for the VX8000 or i would just get this phone because it is just amazing!!
Love the phone
I just bought this phone about a week ago and I love it. I can't say enough great things about it. It's got everything I want, except that it's not tri-mode, but Verizon told me that they are gettiing rid of all their tri-mode towers as of Jan.05. I'v had other LG phones in the past, and found them to be great phones. Too many pro's only con no speaker phone which I knew buying it,and I guess it's not a Tri-Mode phone. Other then that I love my phone.

This Phone Is Excellent
I have owned several different phones from different cell phone companies, but I have to say that I truly think this is the best phone, period. This phone basically does it all.
Pros: Very nice, bright screen resolution.
Menu is very user friendly, and set
well. Sound, pic, and video options
are excellent. Battery life has been
very good. The camera rotates with a
flash. Has various zoom and nightmode
options. And the large-size button,
and menu set up, make instant messag-
ing, pic, and txt messaging fast and
easy. Phone also looks very nice, and
has many other cool features, such as
front lighting up, turning different
colors when the phone is powered off/
on, or when u receive a call, or get
an alert.
Cons: I tried hard on this one. The only
thing I could think of, is that I
wish that it had a speaker phone.
Besides that, I'd have to make up
something thats wrong with this phone.
Final Analysis: LG stepped up their game
with the vx6000, and are
continuing to make excell-
ent phones. After this
and the vx6000, people will
really respect LG as a top
quality mobile phone brand.
