I disagree totally with the other reviewer. I have had 2 of these phones, one right after the other. I got another one on ebay since my experience was so positive. So overall I have used the phone for about 2 and 1/2 years. Not only that but it gets a lot of attention, even in NYC, where people still think it is cool because it is so small (probably not for much longer).
Speaking of small, I am a woman with average size hands, and I can use the buttons, but they are small for some of my male friends to use.
I am not a features junkie, meaning I USE IT TO MAKE CALLS AND SEND TEXT ONLY. It also only has a black and white screen, but I don't care. I do care that I can carry it in the back pocket of my jeans, or wherever I want since it is so small. It has been dropped many times without anything happening to it. My cell reception in most places is good. There are times when I don't get service, but who knows in the city whether it is my GSM phone service or whatever.
I like that it has a shortcut menu that I can program with my favorite functions, so I can use less keystrokes to access a particular function, instead of going throught the menus. There are other shortcuts built in too, that make using the phone easy. Some people won't like that it only stores one number per name, but I don't mind at all. I have 250 entries and so far that has been enough for me.
Pros: Size, reliability, functionality
Cons: Not for everyone, Too small for some fingers, not enough features for others

This small piece of crap stinks! B&W display, feels cheap, crappy plastic scratched from nothing!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
