Its alright
I have had this phone for about a year and a half now and i just am not very satisfied with it! For a short period of time my phone would turn on and then shut off automatically, it also would not charge and when it did charge for about 3 hrs it would only have 2 charge bars! So I went to verizon and got it fixed and after that it worked all right...until when i tried to call my voicemail it started calling somebody else's number. We finally got that fixed and ever since then it has been allright until the little things like calls get lost when i am in my own house, text do not go through somtimes, and last but not least the people on the other line are not heard clearly or are cut off by this phone.

Love this phone!
I have had this phone for about a year and absolutely love it. I was worried at first with the rotation parts, but have had no problems. In fact my dog just ate this phone and even though the water indicator shows it has damage, and the screen is cracked in multiple places, it has kept working for a week while i am waiting on a replacement. Unfortunately Protect Cell has the Razzle on back order and I am going to have to accept another phone, i will greatly miss the Razzle

This phone is great for texting..if you like the Qwerty style keyboards. Unique design..bottem swivels to switch between keyboard and mp3 controls. Nice phone for a teenager. Not for someone who wants to video or a good camera.

able to listen to music
good sound
cons: doesn't have a lot of options for ringtones.
Haven't had any problems with it. Easily put music on it. Lots of memory. I use it mostly for texting, and am very happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a smart phone but without internet.
