Best phone ever!!!!
I just got this phone recently and it is great. Only downfall would be no Bluetooth. Can't wait to see what Siemens does next!!
siemens sl55
i know this phone is cool looking because its small. the things i don't like about the phone are that IT IS NOT bluetooth, the screen is so old fashion, not user friendly, doesn't have any chat board style for texting. for the amount of money this phones sells for siemens should have got a clue and taken these thing into consideration.
i have to say out of all the phones i use nothing come close to my sony-ericsson t68i.
Stay away from this phone
This phone is small, light, and attractive. Those features hardly outweigh the bad features. The menu system must have been designed by a lunatic. There's no intuitive logic to the locations or paths. The manual - it comes in 5 languages - could have easily been left out since it is so little help. The phone drops signal if you walk into or out of a house.
Pros: small, light, excellent display.
Cons: terrible menu system, poor ability to hold signal.
beautiful
this phone is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen, it does everything you want it to do, and just look at that phone, oh my God!!!
It is so easy to use and you have fun with this pnohe, believe me.
SL55 worthy replacement for 8890 and v70!
Definitely a worthy replacement for my past cellphones, the Nokia 8890 and Motorola v70. When I say "worthy", I refer to its size, active-slide, and functionality. For me, I only need a phone that sends/receive calls and SMS...customizing with ringtones is a plus and wallpapers/logos is another! The sound is full polyphonic and sounds very good.
It takes a while to get used to the menus if you're a strict Nokia or Motorola user, though Sony-Ericsson users will find it very similar. The sound quality is good though volume seems a little soft.
Wow!
This is a great phone! A remarkeable and innovative design with outstanding capabalities and features. It has a sharp color display, small dimensions, and just when you thought there wasn't anything else to add, you find that it has a speakerphone. lightweight and tiny yet not lacking in anything else. It's very difficult to find, but if you would like one of these, you can attain a fully unlocked, fully functional, revolutionary tri-band world phone Siemens SL 55 at SPC WIRELESS located at 12041 Wilshire Blvd in LA, California.
