Strickly from a repair point of view
Carrier: AT&T
Unless you never, ever break your phone, DO NOT BUY THIS! I have been working on cell phones nearly 20 years and have repaired thousands. This is a very expensive disposable phone.
The disassembly video guy on you tube should be shot. That phone he opens has already been opened and IS open when he zips it open. It is nearly impossible to open and should ONLY be attempted by an expert, even then, I'll never open one again. It is designed to break.
The digitizer is fuzed to the LCD, so all those Ebay Sellers out there are ripping you off selling the Digitizer by itself(Like a lot of phones).
Your only choice on this phone is to carry the insurance, but then your at the mercy of Assurian, one of the biggest scams since the industry began.
Take it from an "Old School" Cell phone repair guy, Don't Buy This Phone!!!

Get this device if you are t-mobile, and you want a Windows Phone 8 phone. Before I say my likes and dislikes, I just want to stress how much I like this device. Absolutely fantastic screen.
Pros

Call quality (t-mobile)
Memory 16gb + 25gb cloud is more than enough
Beats audio FANTASTIC
color options
Fast Internet speeds (t-mobile)
High resolution screen 720p
Cons
Only one color on t-mobile right now, (more to come)
Would have liked a wider screen, (phone is narrow)
Needs a real google voice, (personal choice)
Bottom, this is one sexy device. It's well worth the money, even at $249 on contract. If you visit wp7deals, you can get it for $75 like I did. Get this device if you want Windows Phone 8, you won't regret it.
